HUMP DAY

It's a good thing the mornings are cooler now. It will help me to wake up on my walk to work. Don't you just hate it when you can't sleep, but still have to be on the job all day? Bleh.

I'm fighting off some bronchitis again. And it seems like half the people in my office are sick, and the other half extremely tired. Whazzup wit dat? Our flu shot clinic, which I organize every year with the Victorian Order Of Nurses, is next Wednesday. Those of us who participate will be glad to get the extra boost for our immune systems, and it's really nice that our company pays for it. I've done this every year now for the past 12 years! :-)

Poor hubby. I worked the late shift again yesterday and when I got home he was soooo tired from his workday and vegged out in front of his TV. I had just got myself in the door and went to rinse out my "go" cup in the kitchen sink when I realized there was water running but under the sink instead of in it...... Uh-Oh. So I called him and he came to check it out. Some piece had broken off where the water hose is hooked up to the tap under the sink, and after cleaning the water up he had to get dressed and go out to a hardware store to find a replacement part, then come home and install it. By the time he was finished he went straight to bed, and was snoring loudly within minutes. *sigh*

It's a busy week for me. I'm working an extra day (Thursday) and going out for a birthday dinner that night with my best pal Michele and our close buddy Leona. The next day is laundry day for me and then dinner out for hubby and myself with a couple we haven't seen in years. It will be fun dinner-dates!

My friend Shilo at work gave me my first Christmas order to do, some of my soaps, lip balms and spritzers. No bath salts on this order. I'll have to stock up on some glycerine for the soaps, it's almost that time of year again!

I hope you are all well, and having a good week. Take good care of each other!

PEACE!
Love Jude

I don't have much problem sleeping any more. Of course, between the kids, work, and school, I'm bone tired every day.

I can relate to having to fix something when you're tired. Sounds like it wasn't too big a deal however.

Enjoy your dinner date!

I think from start to finish he was done in a couple of hours. I felt sorry for him though.

I hope your week is excellent Rocker Guy!

Glad your hubby got the problem fixed. Hope there wasn't any water damage.

Have a good weekend, Jude! It's going to be a wet one out here...rain, rain and more rain.

No damage thankfully, I caught it right away. We're getting rain on Monday, and the temps are lower now, late autumn coolness. Have a great weekend Bobbie!
