MISCELLANEOUS

Having been with my company for 9 years this month, I started amassing a bit more vacation time after 8 years last June. So normally I get enough vacation days off to make 3 weeks which I take every September. (autumn being my fav time of year)

I only work "generally" 3 days a week so I only need 9 days off to make 3 weeks holidays. And because I get asked to work a lot more extra days than I used to be, those vacation hours add up more.

Anyway now that I get more vacation hours, I am getting more time off this year. In 2 weeks I am taking a week off (3 days vacation time), while hubby is home for some of his own vacation and working around the house.

And then in September I am taking my usual 3 weeks off (9 days vacation time). I'm sure looking forward to the time off and the sleep!

My back was out so bad last week I could hardly walk, or even lay in bed. That has cleared up thankfully. Then a few days ago sister Pammie and I both got my hubby's cold. I felt like I'd been run over by a multitude of semi trucks! I'm feeling lots better now though.


And I'm also trying another post with multiple images.

It's already too fluffin' hot here and it's not even the really "summer" hot yet. Not cooling down at night enough to make it comfortable in the house. Bleh I hate summer!

I'm already longing for autumn!!

Okay let's see if this post works with the images. I got into Blogger Help again last night to have a look and you wouldn't believe the amount of people having problems. Blogger has made some changes in the past week or so that have affected a LOT of blogs out there, and mine is one of them. There are many who are fortunate and theirs haven't been affected though.

It's been suggested more than once (and I've thought about it) to switch to another blog service. If I absolutely have to of course I will, but I don't want to give up yet. Blogger has been working fine for me for almost 3 years without any big issues. And I know blogger templates and how to personalize them html-wise etc. etc. I'm a creature of habit and I'm just plain comfortable with Blogger. When it's working for me anyway.

Once again I'd like to publicly thank you ORION for all of your help here. You offered your services and worked so hard at helping me here even when you were tired and so busy yourself. Sending you hugs, and if there's anything I can ever do for you please let me know!
