HAPPY BIRTHDAY CANADA!

July 1st. is Canada's birthday, so to all my Canadian friends and family ~~ Happy Canada Day! This upcoming Tuesday July 1st. is of course our holiday, and we have the day off work to celebrate. Too bad it didn't fall on a Monday this year!


For any of you who are planning a Red and White party, stay safe and have a great time. Get out the sparklers, the red and white balloons and the Canada Flag cake, BBQ those burgers and hot dogs and have plenty of ice on hand for those tall cool ones!

And have FUN!

While this weekend I celebrate my nationality (in fact I am proud of it year-round) I will also be thinking of my friends to the south of us, whose country also has a birthday coming up next weekend on Friday July 4th!
