I'm not too fond of them either!! Last weekend my son got stung on his toe by a wasp. His foot swelled up, he had to take antihistimines and he couldn't wear a shoe on his left foot for days! They're nasty little buggers...lol

Yes they sure are Bobbie! I'm sorry your son got stung..... I never have (knock on wood!) and I never want to. Have a great week!

I agree with you. Within the last couple years, I was minding my business on a summer day. Just wanted to check something on a shelf in the garage. I didn't notice the small nest of wasps above the garage door. One of them got me on the shoulder. That was painful but I lived.

I was only stung one other time, in picking up a lawn chair as a young kid and of course I put my hand right over a wasp. Ouch!

My partner is allergic to any type of sting and it turns life threating quickly. I've never witnessed it and hopefully I won't.

I will take the birds and someone else can have the bees, wasps, hornets, mud dobbers, dragon flies and anything else that stings!

Be safe and remember the RAID!

I don't even KNOW if I'd be allergic or not! I don't want to find out! LOL

Winter cold is just around the corner and they will go away. I guess there are a few advantages to the cold.
