STILL CAUSING BUTT SPARKS
Hey all! I'm still dragging my arse today, although not as bad as Friday night and most of Saturday. I've got a belly ache too, and the plumbing to match it, LOL. Methinks I'm fighting something off for sure now.
Anyhoo enough about my stupid body and it's foibles......... GUESS WHAT I BOUGHT TODAY????
Pam and I were in Walmart today and I was picking up another DVD player (same one, I had to return the one I got there as it wasn't working properly) and on the way out of that section, we were walking by a wall of DVD's and at exactly the same moment we each spied the same DVD ~ "Hysteria, the Def Leppard Story"!!! We both squealed at the same time and grabbed them, and there were only 3 there so we got lucky! So I FINALLY get to see it. Now if I could just get my hands on "Pyrographic"......I've been looking for that for ages, and I can probably get it online, I know, but I prefer to pick it up in a store if I can.
So we just got home, put groceries away and I'm sitting down to relax. I also got 3 new classical music C.D.'s at Walmart, each from $3 to $6 so a good deal. I have yet to get my new DVD player hooked up and give it a try to see if it works. I can't wait to watch the movie, don't know yet if I'll have time to get it all done tonight though. We also checked out "Home Sense", part of the Winners store, and had a nice time going through all their home stuff, where I bought a set of kitchen tea towels, all in yellows and reds, very nice. Again, all inexpensive stuff. It's funny, but back in the early 70's my kitchen was done all in yellows and oranges......and now I'm going back to yellows but with reds ~ after all these years, LOL. Yellow and red have actually always been my favourite colours, even in clothing. My favourite pair of heels and purse were red leather. I'm not big on leather furniture (unless it's a small black leather chair maybe) but there's just something SO SEXY about red leather! Rrrrow!
