Mmmmmmmmmm I DO love Mr. Depp! Yes okay, so he's very nice to look at, but in all honesty he's also a fabulous actor in my opinion. And playing the part of Captain Jack Sparrow for him shows a brilliance in his craft ~~ man he cracks me up in that role! LOL Now I can't wait for the next one.....

After our trip for groceries today, sister Pammie decided she was going to snap some winter pictures, and I joined her in our back alley to do just that.

There's something about the outdoors and nature that makes me feel so much closer to my spirituality, whether it's sunny, rainy, windy or snowy. I love the feeling, and I enjoy taking little snippets of moments in photographs to share with you.

Every year for Christmas our company gives us a $50 bonus usually in the form of a gift card. This year, like the last couple of years, it's an HBC gift card, spendable at Zellers, The Bay, or Home Outfitters. Seeing as sister Pammie was at Home Outfitters looking for a new coffee maker today, I decided to spend my bonus on something I haven't had for years and have really missed. I got myself a nice big Crock Pot. Or "slow cooker" as some call it. Look out tummy, here comes some great spaghetti sauce and chili!

I hope you've all had a good weekend, and have a good week coming up. I'm back to my old 3 days a week now!! WOOHOO!
