OY VEY

As if just getting over being really sick wasn't enough.... bleah!!! Well at least some of the mess downstairs is cleaned up.... that being the chunks of ceiling that had to come down. But the dust from it is still everywhere. And now we still have to put in a new ceiling, so we can't really load everything back into her kitchen yet. Not sure when that'll be done, probably in the next week or two??? And today I'm back to work, no lazing around the house (albeit feeling sick while I was doing that, LOL) so no more rest for the wicked! We christened our new washer/dry last night, actually it was my sister Pammie who used it for the first time......the washer did well, and finally hubby and I had to get to bed. I got up this morning to find an email from Pammie, saying that the dryer doesn't work ~~ the light keeps coming on inside and making it stop drying. SO........ guess they'll be replacing the dryer! Fun and games huh?? LOL

It was a gloriously warm winter day yesterday when Pammie and I were out getting our grocery lists filled . It felt just like spring!! The only drawback to that is all the windshield washer fluid you have to go through...... for those of you who live in snowy climates you'll know what I mean! The roads are SLUSH and messy, and there's no sense washing your vehicle until it dries up ~ or snows and gets colder, whichever comes first! But we both found it lovely to be out in the fresh air and enjoying the mild temperatures. Especially me, having been totally housebound all last week. It was really nice.

Well peeps nothing exciting to chat about, and actually I should get my butt off here and start getting ready for work. I just wanted to catch up on everyone's blogs and post a "good morning" to you all ~~ hope you all have a great Monday, and I'll talk to you later! PEACE!

Love Jude
