2005 IN REVIEW

Thanks to Rhonda I thought I'd put up this little (??) review of the year 2005. Please feel free to use it yourselves, it would be great to read everyone elses too!

1) Was 2005 a good year for you?
All experiences teach us something and give us growth of some sort. Let's just say that 2005 gave me opportunity for much growth! LOL All in all it was a good year, just extremely stessful in more than one area in my life.

2) What was your favorite moment of the year?
Getting my living room back, after months of renovations.

3) What was your least favorite moment of the year?
Losing my position (cashroom) at work. I loved that job with all my being, and it suited me so well.

4) Where were you when 2005 began?
Downstairs with my sister Pammie, unless I didn't quite make it to midnight, then I would have been in bed.

5) Who were you with?
My sister.....hubby always has a thing he needs to go to every year, which is ok as I like a quiet New Years Eve anyway. Our Mom used to always spend it with us too, when she was still alive.

6) Where will you be when 2005 ends?
As far as I know, the same, or at another sister's with all of us together.

7) Who will you be with when 2005 ends?
See above.

8) Did you keep your new years resolution of 2005?
I never make them anymore.

9) Do you have a new years resolution for 2006?
See above.

10) Did you breakup with anyone in 2005?
No, although renovations are real hard on a marriage!

11) Did you make any new friends in 2005?
Yes! A couple of new friends at work, and several in blogland!

12) Who is your favorite new friend?
No favourites, I love all of my friends to pieces! (wouldn't I have made a terrific mom? LOL)

13) What was your favorite month of 2005?
September. My holidays at home... however the Christmas season is my favourite time of the year also.

14) Did you travel outside of your country in 2005?
No but I would love to go to the U.K.

15) What different states did you travel to in 2005?
None, it's been awhile since I've been there, or travelled anywhere.

16) Did you lose anybody close to you in 2005?
Ah but for the Grace Of God, no. Two years ago we lost our Mom on December 9th.

17) Did you miss anybody in the past year?
Terribly. Mostly my Mom and Dad. I'd give anything to have them back.

18) What was your favorite movie that you saw in 2005?
Finding Neverland (Johnny Depp)

19) What was your favorite song from 2005?
Easy!! "Rock On" by Def Leppard!

20) What was your favorite record from 2005?
"Rock of Ages", Def Leppard's double CD greatest hits!

21) How many concerts did you see in 2005?
One, Def Leppard here in August.

22) Did you have a favorite concert in 2005?
No matter how many I would have gone to, it would have been the above!

23) did you drink a lot of alchohol in 2005?
No, I have an allergy to alcohol. There's one low alcohol wine I can enjoy a glass of a couple times a year though.

24) did you do a lot of drugs in 2005?
Absolutely not! Unless you count the dreaded cigarette....

25) How many people did you sleep with in 2005?
Just my snoring hubby. Oy.

26) Did you do anything you are ashamed of this year?
No.

27) What was the worst lie someone told you in 2005?
"Honey, the renovations should only take a couple of months....

28) Did you treat somebody badly in 2005?
No.

29) Did somebody treat you badly in 2005?
Yes.

30) How much money did you spend in 2005?
Good lord how would I know? Not much, as I don't have much. Well, other than getting a loan for renovations, yikes.

31) What was your proudest moment of 2005?
Proudest? Getting through the changes in my life with as much dignity as I could muster.

32) What was your most embarrassing moment of 2005?
Falling to pieces emotionally over not "knowing everything" with my new position at work. I'm still dealing with it in a smaller capacity....I'm used to knowing everything about my job and I don't anymore. I'll get there though.

33) If you could go back in time to any moment of 2005 and change something, what would it be?
I wouldn't want to change anything, as everything that happens to us makes us the person we are today. And I pretty much like who I am.

34.) The best thing that happened to you in 2005?
I'm still alive and blessed with love of family and friends. What is there that's better than that?

35) What are your plans for 2006?
Love, learn, grow, try to be a good wife, sister and friend.

Being just mid-December and the year isn't quite over yet, I hope that nothing is about to happen that will blow me out of the water and this quiz's answers will still stand!

PEACE to you all,

Love Jude
