HIPPIE CHICK WEIRDNESS

Seems that The Big Guy thinks I was cute as a baby......and well I was! No, this isn't me, but it could have been! And I was much cuter! LOL!







Okay, I'm game!! I saw this over at Kate's blog and if you didn't think I was "kinda different" already, you might feel that way after this.....

Five Weird Things About Me:

1) I'm a great passenger, but I'm absolutely terrified to drive. I did, for 3 years....had my own car too. Finally sold it and let my license expire! That was 25 years ago.

2) I can't hold or play with babies or puppies without getting tears in my eyes. I always have to try to hold them back. WTF is up with that??? LOL

3) I can't stand bright lights, they actually hurt my light-sensitive eyes....so I always have dimmer lights on in the house (which drives my hubby nuts but too bad so sad, lol) and we have 3 of our main rooms including the bathroom, on dimmer switches. Having said that however!!!..... I also don't like a completely dark house, so at night there are night lights in almost every room. Go figure!! I told you I was weird!!

4) I wear lip balm 24/7/365. I mean, I have a tube of it in my purse, one by my computer, one in the bathroom, and one on my nightstand. I put it on constantly and don't even put lipstick on without having lip balm on first. And it has to be a certain kind, it has mentholatum in it, it's called "Natural Ice" medicated lip balm. Obsessive? Perhaps...but I have the most kissable soft lips (and they never get chapped) LOL!

5) I simply cannot go to sleep at night without 2 things: a) I have to read in bed to get sleepy, and get "involved" in a book so that I don't close my eyes and start thinking of the day's stuff etc. and b) I have to have "white noise" in the background, so I have a little table-top ecologizer going. Oh, and I also have a big ol' fan blowing across the foot of the bed to keep from getting too hot. (I'm a hot flasher).

Okay that was my turn. Do y'all still love me??? And now, is anybody else game??
