NEW BLOGSKIN AND "OTHER" DRUG NAMES

Good morning folks!! Before I head out to get groceries and mundane things like that today, I wanted to share a funny with you.

Also, for the few of you having trouble seeing my blog, my techie buddy Bill just came up with the answer, and now there's a scroll bar on the bottom for ya. I hope this works, and you'll let me know if there's any other problems. I laboured too long and too hard over this to just switch back to my old one! Bill, big hugs to you, thanks for the help!

Now.....this is just too hilarious not to share......compliments of my like-minded sicko sense of humour cousin Brian. Thanks cuz!

In Pharmacology, all drugs have two names, a trade name and a generic name.

For Example,

Tylenol also has a generic name of Acetaminophen.

Aleve is also Called Naproxen.

Amoxil is also called Amoxicillin.

Advil is called Ibuprofen.

The FDA has been looking for a generic name for Viagra. After careful

consideration by a team of government experts, its recently announced that

it has settled on the generic name of Mycoxafloppin.

Also considered were Mycoxafailin, Mydixadrupin, Mydixarizin, Dixafix, and

of course Ibepokin.

Pfizer Corp. announced today that Viagra will soon be available in liquid

form, and will be marketed by Pepsi Cola as a power beverage suitable for

use as a mixer. It will now be possible for a man to literally pour

himself a stiff one. Obviously we can no longer call this a soft drink,

and it gives new meaning to The names of "cocktails", "highballs", and just

a good old-fashioned "stiff drink". Pepsi will market the new concoction

by the name of: "Mount & Do".

I must be off and running....so I wish you all an excellent day. Take care of each other!

PEACE!
Love Jude
