HOLY ICICLES, MAN!!

It's official......it's -40C out there (-40's F too) right now, and I gotta walk to work! I'm thinking "is breathing going to freeze my lungs?? Should I hold my breath for the 7 minutes it takes to get there??" YEESH. Yes, we live in a climate where winters can get cold, but this is ridiculous!! My sister Linda, as well as my online friend Patty, both live in or near Calgary which is 3 hrs. south of us, and they are having the same temperatures today. Linda emailed me this morning to say she had to break down and take a taxi to work today (she doesn't drive either). I just may have to do the same...... DOUBLE YEESH.

On the health homefront, I'm about the same as yesterday so far..... I'm keeping my fingies crossed that the echinacea is holding it back from getting any worse??????? PULEEEESE?? lol I just can't beleive how many sick people there are. Every one I know is either sick, just been sick, or getting symptoms. You'd think with this weather it'd freeze the germies and make them null and void, wouldn't ya?
