HOPING AND PRAYING..... AND TRYING NOT TO GO CRAZY IN THE PROCESS

Hey y'all....... just thought I'd best check in and say hello so you don't think I've gone AWOL, lol. It's been quite the stressful week and thank God for sister Pammie it's Friday evening and she can just stay home with her doggies now for the weekend. Lady had her surgery yesterday morning, and the poor little darling now has a shaved behind, complete with ugly puckered stitches. Pammie picked her up at the vet at the end of the day. I was out last night with some girlfriends and we had a lovely visit, then when I got home and got to see Lady finally, I was sitting with her and she gave me some little kisses, and I couldn't help it ~~ I was so relieved to see her doing okay that I started crying, lol. Pammie took them in to work with her today just so she could keep an eye on her, and because I was too chicken to have her here all day by myself. Scared the shit outta me just thinking about it, what if she just looks "funny" or something, I'd go into panic mode!!! So she decided to save my ass and take them with her this morning. Anyway that is hurdle #2 over with, she came through surgery well, and now for hurdle #3, which is waiting a WHOLE FRIGGIN' WEEK for the results!! I'm sending vibes out there that there was no cancer and that's the end of that! I'd like to thank all of you for your understanding, well wishes, and prayers! Between my friends here and all of you wonderful online buddies, you all ROCK!

Got my Terror Twins of Laundry going today and I'm just finishing up with the last load now. Been a quiet day at home, but busy. I still managed to get an hour's nap in too, seeing as I didn't get to sleep until 4:30 in the morning AGAIN. **rolling eyes heavenward** Hopefully I'll do better tonight.
