GAY, QUEER, LESBIAN, WHATEVER... IT'S FRIENDLY HERE!

I'd like to thank my gay and/or queer male friends for their support and response to my question! I have to admit that it will be a LOT easier for me to just refer to you as my gay friends, rather than my "queer" friends. That makes it sound as if you're all just weird and strange or something! LOL!! But that's okay, maybe in time I'll get more used to that one. In the meantime, you're GAY, ok?? But my webband can stay "Queer Friendly" and if they ever make one that says "Gay Friendly" for me as I requested, I'll either change this one out, or decide to use them both now and then.

Our precious little LadyBugs is doing just fine with her recovery from surgery, and is starting to eat a bit more and she walks around like normal. So it's a huge relief, but the stress will only fall away once we hear the prognosis in a week or so, and if we're told no cancer! So that's what I'm concentrating on, and if any of you believe in the power of positive thinking like I do (and prayer, that goes without saying in this household), then if we all just "see" that positive result, it will happen! THANKS!

Many many years ago there was a hilarious show with Tony Randall and Jack Klugman, called The Odd Couple. I loved it! Tonight hubby and I watched a 1998 movie with two of my favourite actors, Walter Matthau and Jack Lemmon, and it was The Odd Couple II ~ hilarious!! Definitely worth seeing. Any time those two are in a movie together, I always watch it, they are the greatest comedy team in modern years, in my humble opinion. Did any of you see the Grumpy Old Men movies?? I DIED LAUGHING!!! Absolute classics, and if you haven't seen any of the above movies, you should check them out.

For all you Sav loving ladies out there, here's a little something that I got courtesy of Kate, thank you sweetie!
Image hosted by Photobucket.com Of course for any of you who aren't familiar, his is the name that shows up here often enough, he is the bass god from Def Leppard, the best rock band in the Universe! I'm not just biased......lol, it's just FACT. All the U.S. bloggers who are Leppy fans are all abuzz with excitement about the U.S. tour dates coming up ~ and us poor Canuks are still waiting for Canadian dates yet. But when they get here, I'M SO THERE!! Me and sis Pammie, we have a standing date everytime they come here when they're on tour. We could be known as "The Twisted Sisters" but I think that title already got taken years ago......lol.

Phew!! I'm having a hot flash, it's time to get the fan blowing and my hair up off my neck.....so I'm outta here folks! ("this post is toast", I crack myself up!) I wish you all a pleasant Sunday, and take care of each other everyone! PEACE!
