TODAY IS EARTH DAY

Today is International Earth Day! So go outside, breathe in the fresh air, hug a tree and be good to your Earth!

Not much news to gab about today ~ I just got up about a half hour ago and Pammie was just leaving for work. My little doggie niece Ladybugs immediately started in with her howling....."mummy don't leave me here with this stupid cone on my head"! I finally had to go down there and quiet her down. Now she seems to be fine, lol.

I have moocho amounts of housework to be done today, I have a girlfriend coming over after she's off work, we're going to have a light dinner and it's my birthday visit from her. Can't wait to see you Mae!!! In the meantime, I checked today's weather when I got up, and it's supposed to get up to high 70's (F) and sunny......which means by the time Mae gets here it will be in the friggin' 80's in my house and I'll be sweating and feet swollen from the heat. OY. I miss winter already, and it's only April for gawd's sake!!

My computer was down all afternoon and evening yesterday, I think it was problems with my IP (cable company) as the modem had a yellow light flashing (which is unusual) and once that disappeared, I was back in business again. Thank heavens, as I'm lost now without my 'puter! I honestly can't remember what life was like before I had one of these things. Pretty bad huh? LOL
