Image hosted by Photobucket.com
HAPPY BIRTHDAY KATE!! I hope you have a fabulous day, luvvy!! Maybe hubby will give you a birthday spanking? LOL

Over at
Michael's blog, I pilfered this (with his permission) because I loved it so much:

One evening an old Cherokee told his grandson about a battle that goes inside each of us. The battle is between two "wolves" that we have inside. The first is Evil. It's anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilty, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.The second is Good. It's joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith. The grandson, looking puzzled looked at his grandfather and asked, "Which wolf wins?"To which the grandfather replied, "The one you feed."

I LOVE LOVE LOVE these types of things, they are old and wise and oh so very true. You may notice on Michael's blog he has referred to it as Iroquois but that was for his own personal reasons, he tells me it is really Cherokee. Thank you Michael for posting it, and for sharing it with us.

Had to work today, I will be working Saturdays now for a couple of months to help out. It was busy, and then after work I had to go get groceries. Just got home, and I am p o o p e d. So I'll wish you all a fabulous Sunday and catch you soon! Take care of each other...

PEACE

Love Jude
